How is the cost of my event determined?
Because of the highly detailed and individualized nature of each event we do, it is impossible to understand how to price your menu without understanding more about your needs. We invite you to fill the contact form out below or give us a call (850-629-0138 Extension 1 for Catering manager) as a first step to learning more about how we can help. We are always upfront with pricing once we have all of the details and all costs are known well in advance and made clear in your estimate/invoice.
Do you offer sample menus?
We generally like to discuss the type of event and what your budget is. Once we have gone over these items we offer varies menus and idea to stay within your budget.
Does Rev offer tastings?
Tastings are always available to our prospective and booked clients. They occur after we have discussed your catering needs. If done prior to booking your event with us, there is a nominal charge to taste items you are interested in. For booked clients, tastings of select menu items are complimentary. Some items may not be possible to sample as they are large items (Prime Rib, Pork loin, etc.).
Can you accommodate any food allergies and dietary restrictions?
Certain diets like vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other restrictions are major concerns for some guests and their hosts. We are experienced in creating menus that not only taste good, but also accommodate any of your dietary needs. Even in our restaurants this is a major concerns as you will see with out offerings.
What type of food do you cater?
We have a very wide array of menu items and possibilities that we cater, we are not limited to our restaurant menus. Having two full restaurants, a catering kitchen and multiple mobile kitchens allow us to accommodate anything you can imagine.
Does Rev Catering have a Liquor License?
Absolutely! We are licensed and insured to serve liquor, beer, and wine. Our professional bartenders are here to shake up whatever your guests desire
Where do you cater?
We are able to cater anywhere! We have multiple mobile kitchens giving us the ability to cook anywhere and guarantee a fresh product.
How many can Rev accomidate?
We do not have a minimum or maximum of the amount of people we can feed.
Do you offer event space?
We have the ability to house events in a number of ways. For an outdoor event we have a large patio at our Monticello location that we are able to rent out and at the Tallahassee (Goodwood) location we have a large lawn to hold functions. For indoor events we can rent out our Tallahassee location for evening events, and in Monticello we can rent out the back room. We also have some special pricing with venues in the region.
